Welcome to The Chrysalids! Before you set to chatting with our other members and sharing your hard-written works, please take the time to familiarise yourself with the few golden rules of our forum.
1) No flaming or bullying.
While on the please remember to respect others' thoughts, ideas, opinions, even if they differ from your own. If you disagree with another members point of view reply constructively, not destructively.

2) No Spamming
While the forum isn't exactly ad-free, we want to keep the boards free from solicitous materials, especially advertisements for illegal or adult content. Any member found posting such items will be immediately banned.
3) No foul language or lewd conduct
Since this is a board for writers of all ages, please would all members refrain from swearing or openly discussing indecent behaviour unless it is in password-locked sections OR in the pulic sections, very clearly marked with an age rating for the post content in the title. Contributors are responsible for moderating and monitoring their own sections.
If such things must be discussed, please take it to a private conversation.

A first offence will be taken as a mistake and the member in question will be made aware of their misconduct in private.
A second offence and the member responsible will be warned both in private and publically on the forum.
A repeat offences will result in the offending member being banned from the board altogether and his or her work being removed.
If we can all stick to the simplified rules set out above, I'm sure we will have a fun time here!
Please remember, anyone wishing to view the works stored on the forum or to share information and join in discussions will have to become members in order to do so.
Any contributors will automatically be classed as self-moderators or full mods.
More rules may be added as situations arise, but, with luck, we will be able to happily co-exist here.
